Lemon Fish with Mushroom & Spinach

Ingredients
Blue Fish, 1000 grams Onions, raw, 2 largeMushrooms, fresh, 200 grams Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced Spinach, fresh, 50 grams Kantong Lemon Chicken Sauce, 600 gram(s) Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Dice a7 fry onions, zucchini & mushroom. Dice fish into large chunks. Layer fish, spinach, 1/2 sauteed veg, fish, spinach, 1/2 sauteed veg & finish with layer of fish. Mix water with sauce mix & pour over fish/veg mix. Cover with foil & cook on 180c oven for 1 hour.
