Awesome Omelet

Ingredients
2 large eggs2 T diced ham2 T shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup pepper stir fry mix (onions & mixed peppers)3 leaves fresh spinach
Directions
Scramble egg, spray small pan with olive oil spritz. When pan is hot, pour egg into pan. Add cheese & let set for a few seconds. Add other ingredients one at a time (save spinach for last). Flip into omelet and reduce heat until interior is cooked through.
