Vegetably Stir Fry with Brown Rice

1 tbsp coconut oil1 green bell pepper chopped1 red bell pepper chopped1 small onion chopped2 cups broccoli florets2 cups cooked brown ricea dash of soy sauce
Heat coconut oil in wok or large skillet. Add vegetables and cook until soft. Add brown rice and stir until well mixed. Add dash of soy sauce and stir. Enjoy
