Ingredients
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 cups Splenda, 2 cups Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp Post Grape-Nuts Cereal, 1 cup Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp egg white, fresh, 9 large
Directions
Whip: eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla completely with a wire whip or mixer. Pour mixture into a 912 inch pan (we use a stainless steel pan called a half hotel pan) and sprinkle grapenuts, cinnamon and nutmeg evenly over the top. Place the 912 pan into a large pan to form a water bath (fill with water equal to the height of custard mixture) and place them carefully into a preheated 325-degree oven for approximately 90 minutes.
Chefs Notes

Oven temperature will greatly affect cooking time, so check for doneness by gently wiggling pan. Remove as soon as center of custard mixture begins to gel. Cool at room temperature and serve warm or chilled, topped with whipped cream and lightly sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.

I recently purchased some Grapenut custard from a local restaurant and was so disappointed when it was almost flavorless. I found the recipe and it was AMAZING!!! I'm thinking it might be a good recipe to share with the restaurant. - 10/9/13
