Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

Ingredients
1.5 lbs round steak8 small or new potatoes ( also can use 2 cans of potatoes drained)1.5 cut up carrots1 medium onion sliced1 can diced tomatoesundrained1 can or jar of beef gravy.5 tsp peppered season salt1 tsp basil1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp oregano
Directions
Trim fat from steak and cut into 6 serving pieces
brown & cook in skillet for aout 8 minutes.
Layer potatoes, carrots, beef & onion in 3.5 to 6 quart slow cooker.
Mix tomatoes , gravy & seasonings spoon over beef and veegetables
Cover and cook on low heat setting for 7 hours
