Flax Meal Muffin

Ingredients
2 heaping Tablespoons of ground flax seeds or flax mealPinch of salt1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/2 Tablespoon of olive oil1 egg Seasonings or herbs of your choice
Directions
Mix this up in a microwave safe bowl or cup.

Cook 2 minutes on high. Flip it out of the bowl immediately. Let cool. Can be sliced in half horizontally to use as a sandwich bun.
