Chipoltle Spiced Fajita

1/2 tsp olive oil3 oz skinless boneless Chicken Breast1/4 cup chopped red pepper2 Tbsp salsa 1 Tbsp water1/4 tsp Southwest Chipotle Mrs. Dash2 tsp Fajita seasoning mix1/4 Cup Kraft Shredded Mexican cheese blend1 Whole Wheat Tortilla Dollop of sour cream
1. Heat skillet on medium. Add the oil and peppers. Cook until softened; add in chicken. Cook until chicken is done.
2. Add in the salsa, water, and seasonings. Continue to cook until thickened.
3. Preheat oven to 350F. Place tortilla on baking sheet and spread cheese over top. Spoon the chicken mix on half of the tortilla. Place in oven and cook until cheese is melted.
4. Fold over and cook an additional 2 - 3 minutes.
5. When done, place on plate and cut into 3rds. Serve with a dollop of Sour cream.
