Low Carb Chicken Patties

Ingredients
2 13 ounce cans of chicken in water, drained2 Tblsp dried chives1 Tblsp dried parsley1 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp old bay seasoning1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powder6 Tblsp All White Egg Whites1/2 cup real mayo4 Wasa Crisps Light Rye, crushed to powder1/2 cup unsweetened coconut3 Tblsp expeller pressed coconut oil
Directions
In medium bowl combine drained chicken with seasonings. Add egg whites and mayo until completely combined.

In food processor crush up wasa crisps. Add to chicken mixture. If too dry add a little more egg white liquid. Form into croquettes, coat in unsweetened coconut and fry in coconut oil.

Serve up with you favorite sauce, low carb buns, salad or other low carb sides.

Serving Size: Serves 7 or 14 individual patties (2 patties per serving)
