Paleo roasted cabbage

Ingredients
1 head of cabbage, cut into wedges2 Tbsp olive oil6 slices nitrate free baconseasonings to taste
Directions
Place cabbage on a foil lined baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and seasonings of choice. I used fresh ground pepper and garlic powder. Drape bacon over cabbage.

Bake at 450 for 30 minutes.
