Deliciously Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
5 Potatoes thinly sliced3 cups of non-fat milk1 tbsp butter1/4 cup of flour1/2 cup of chopped onion1 tsp of Salt1/8 tsp of Black Pepper
Directions
Saute onions & butter until onions are tender
Stir in flour, salt & pepper
Slowly stir in milk, reduce heat to Medium-Low and continuously stir until milk mixture is thickened (this may take awhile)
In a sprayed baking dish layer potatoes & milk mixture, ending with milk mixture.
Cook covered at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. You can remove the foil for the last 15-20 minutes to allow the potatoes to brown on top.
