2 1/2 chicken breasts w/o skin and chopped2 cps chopped celery1 cp chopped carrots1 cp of chopped gtreen onions with greens2 cps chicken broth or the broth off of a whole chicken with fat removed11/2 cp brown rice (cooked)TBS baselTbs ParsleyTbs Salt ( less of canned broth is used)Pinch of Anis seeds for flavor
Cook rice in 2 cps water, when rice is almost done add veggies and stock and cook for 10 min. Then add chopped breast and spices and cook till meat is well done. Soup is best when you let it set then reheated! The second day it will be the best!
