TACO STUFFED PEPPERS

Ingredients
1 large green peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded1/2 pound ground turkey2 teaspoons chili powder 2 teaspoons paprika 2 teaspoons cumin 2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon chili flakes 1/2 cup 2% cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Parboil the peppers in boiling water for 3 minutes; drain.
Drain the water.
Meanwhile, brown the meat; drain the fat.
Mix with all the remaining ingredients (reserve some cheese for the top of the peppers).
Fill the peppers and arrange them in a baking dish. Top with cheese if preferred.
Bake at 350º 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serve topped with sour cream or salsa if desired.
