Cheesy scalloped potatoes

Ingredients
8 Large potatoes5 medium onions8 oz heavy cream8 oz sharp cheddar cheese1 TBS salt1 TBS pepper
Directions
Layer potatoes, onion, cheddar cheese, splash with heavy cream, then salt and pepper. Keep layering this way until all potatoes are used. If you start to run low on cheese, hold a 1/4 until the end to put on top.
