Ingredients
*Boboli 12" 100% Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust (1/6 shell), 6 serving*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp*Great Value All Natural Pizza Sauce - .75 cup *Red Peppers, sweet, fresh, 1 cup, chopped *Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped*Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice (No Sugar Added), 0.75 cup, drained & chopped*Yellow onion 1 cup, chopped*Our Family Mozzarella Cheese, 1.5 serving
Directions
Cut/chop veggies.
Spread oil over pizza crust.
Spread pizza sauce over pizza crust.
Sprinkle veggies over pizza.
Sprinkle cheese over the top evenly.
Bake on rack or pizza pan/stone for 8-12 minutes.
Remove and cut into 6-8 slices (recipe is based on 6 servings)
