1 cup uncooked rotini or penne pasta1/2 cup sliced zucchini1/2 cup sliced yellow summer squash1 cup diced (leftover/cooked) ham1/4 cup reduced-fat Italian dressing 1/8 cup = (2 Tbl) chopped fresh basil leaves (please google dried equivalent)1/6 cup Parmesan store-bought grated cheeseFor a deeper flavor I added italian seasonings to taste
Cook pasta - when 4 minutes are left, add zucchini & squash. Drain. Put back into same pot. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to serving temp.
