Greek Chicken Burgers

4 Healthy Life whole wheat hambuger buns12 oz lean ground chicken1/4 cup bread crumbs1/2 cup fat free feta cheese, crumbled 2 egg whites1/2 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves, chopped3/4 cup fat free greek yogurt1 cup romaine or iceberg lettuce1 tomato, sliced
1. In large bowl, mix crumbs, chicken, feta, egg and half of the mint just until combined. Shape mixture into 4 equal sized burgers.
2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add burgers and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until browned on both sides and cooked through.
3. In a small bowl combine yogurt and remaining mint. Set aside.
4. To serve, top each burger with lettuce, tomato, and yogurt sauce. Serve immediately.
