Raw cookie dough bites

2/3 cup almonds 2/3 cup walnuts 2/3 cup oats 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp sea salt 1/4 cup agave nectar 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 2 Tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips
1. In a food processor, combine the almonds, walnuts, oats, cinnamon and salt and pulse until a fine flour-like consistency.
2. Add the agave and vanilla and pulse a few more times just to combine. Add the chocolate chips and pulse once or twice, careful not to chop them too fine.
3. Roll the dough into small balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the pan in the freezer for 1 hour to harden.
4. Serve immediately or store in a air tight container in the freezer.
