Low-Fat, Low-Cal Spinach Dip

4 C fresh spinach, chopped (you can sub 1cup of frozen, heated and drained)1 C Fage total zero plain yogurt (you can find it at Wal-Mart)4 TBSP (1/4 C) Whipped Cream Cheese1/2 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dips mixGarlic to taste (optional)Parmesan to taste (optional)
Steam chopped spinach in microwave or on stove top until tender. (if using frozen, heat and drain)
Blend Yogurt, cream cheese, ranch dip mix,and spinach (and parmesan and /or garlic if you add it) by hand, or in a blender if you want a smoother consistency.
