Mexican Whatchagot Chicken Tortilla Casserole

2 c. chicken, cooked and shredded 1/2 c. sour cream (fat free can be substituted)1/2 container of Santa Fe Philadelphia Cooking Cream (or full container)1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, mexican, etc.)1 14oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 c. chopped onions, sauteed3-4 cloves of garlic, sauteed6-10 tortillas, depending on size
Boil and shred chicken
Mix sour cream, cooking cream, 2/3 c. shredded cheese, chicken, tomatoes and sauteed onion and garlic in a boil
Evenly divide mixture between tortillas
Wrap tortillas around mixture and place w/ seams down in a 9x13in pan sprayed with cooking spray
Top tortillas with remaining cheese
Cover with foil and bake for 20-30 min. at 350
