Wednesday Night Porkfest

Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, 1 pieceBeans, white, 1 cup*Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cupWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Garlic, 2 tbspLea & Perrin's, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp*Onion powder, 1 tspAllspice, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dashCampbell's Cream of Chicken with Herbs (1 can), 1 servingWhite Rice, long grain, 1 cup
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Drain and add green beans.
Drain and add white beans.
Season with onion powder, Allspice and black pepper.
Add cream of chicken soup with Herbs.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Add water.
Cover and set on Low.
Boil water and cook rice.
