Banana/Vanilla low-fat, low-calorie pudding

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)2 Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Vanilla, 6 servings each box (12 Serving)Milk, 2%, 6 cupCinnamon, ground, 2 tbspHEB 2x Vanilla Extract, 3 tbsp*Leclerc Praeventia Ginger Cookies (1 Pkg), 3 serving
Directions
Mix (1 box at a time) according to pudding instruction. Layer bananas on bottom, pour pudding in a 13x9x2 dish. Crush cookies in a food processor until crumbly not too pulverized with cinnamon and sprinle between layers and on top.
