Thai Turkey Burgers with Peanut Sauce

1 lb lean ground turkey breast 1/2 cup shredded carrot1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli2 Tbsp chopped cilantro1 green onion, sliced1/2 tsp red pepper flakes4 Healthy Life hambuger bunsFor the peanut sauce:2 Tbsp PB2, Prepared2 tsp no sugar added peanut butter2 tsp rice vinegar1 Tbsp lite soy sauce1 Tbsp water1 clove garlic1 tsp sesame oil1 tsp siracha sauce1 tsp honey1/4 tsp ground ginger
1. In a food processor, combine the peanut butters, rice vinegar, soy sauce, water, garlic, sesame oil, Siracha sauce, honey and ginger and blend until smooth. Reserve 3 Tbsp, set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine peanut sauce, turkey, carrots, broccoli, green onion, cilantro and red pepper flakes and mix well. Form into 4 equal sized patties.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties 3 - 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through completely.
3. Place a burger patty on each bun and top with the reserved peanut sauce.
Serving Size: Makes 4 burgers
