Almond Apricot Granola

Ingredients
1.75 cups Oats 2 T dried Coconut (11 grams) 1/4 cup Almonds sliced 2 T Coconut Oil 1/4 cup Polaner All Fruit with fiber Apricot 1/2 t Almond Extract
Directions
Melt oil and preserves in microwave until pourable. Add almond extract, stir gently. Combine wet + dry ingredients. Spread evenly on a cooky sheet.

Bake @ 350 for 15-25 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring midway through cooking time.
