Easy Leftover Ham & Beans

Ingredients

1 can diced tomatoes1 can white/navy beans1/2 can beef broth2 cups diced ham (leftovers)1 cup carrots diced1 cup celery diced1 large onion diced1.5 T olive oil2 T butter or margarineTobasco sauce if desired
Add 15 oz can of Tomatoes, 15 oz can of Navy Beans, 1/2 can of beef broth (about a cup) and 2 cups diced ham leftovers to crockpot.
Saute onion, carrot & celery in oil & butter until soft. Add mixture to the crockpot.
Turn crockpot to low heat & let cook for 4-6 hours.
At the table add hot sauce if desired.
Serving Size: Makes 5 servings
