10 OZ Angel Food Cake8 TBS Fat Free Cream Cheese4 OZ Low Fat Cream Cheese1/2 C Sugar or Splenda1 tsp Vanilla2 TBS Unsweetened Cocoa1 OZ Semi Sweet Chocolate, Finely Grated4 fl oz Espresso or strong coffee
Using a serated knife cut cake into 4 layers
Place first layer in the bottom of the plastic lid the cake came in, poor the espresso on the bottom layer evenly.
In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cocoa once combined spread in thin layer then place another section and repeat. Once all of the cake is back into the lid and covered in the cream cheese spread sprinkle the grated chocolate on top.
Place in fridge for 2 hrs before servine, Cut into 8 slices.
