Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1.5 cups minute rice, uncooked (yields 2.25 cooked -- value used for nutrional calculation)1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of mushroom soup2 cups water1 tsp. paprika1 tsp. black pepper1.5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Combine everything but the chicken in a bowl and whisk until soup incorporates. Pour into a 13x9 baking dish and place uncooked chicken breasts into the rice mixture (leave whole). Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked and rice is tender. Enjoy!
