1/2 cup boca ground "burger"1 tbsp raisins1 tbsp yellow corn (canned, no salt added, or frozen)2 tbsp watercinnamon1/2 western alternative pita bread
Cook Boca according to package instructions in a PAM-sprayed skillet. Once fully cooked, stir in raisins and corn, and mix well over medium heat. Add water and sprinkle with cinnamon, and until cooking until water boils off/evaporates; then stuff mixture into pita and dig in!
