Slow cooker chicken cacciatore

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6oz each)1 jar Garden vegetable spaghetti sauce2 (15.8-oz) cans diced tomatoes1/2 bag (16oz) frozen mixed peppers1 (4 oz) can mushroom pieces3 cups uncooked whole wheat wide noodles
Directions
Place all ingredients except the noodles into a slow cooker. Mix well, cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Cut chicken breast halves in half and serve 1 piece with 1 cup sauce over 1 cup whole wheat pasta. If you want to cut down on time and liquid in sauce, you can turn cooker to high for 1/2 hour, then add noodles and cook for 20 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
