Diabetic friendly Banana Muffins

Ingredients
4-5 overripe banana1 cup prune puree or applesauce2 eggs1 cup white flour 1/2 cup bran1/2 c. oat meal1 t. baking powder1/2 t. soda1/4 t. salt1 t. cinnamon1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
In a blender put:
banana, applesauce, 2 eggs
blend until smooth
In a bowl mix:
Dry ingredients
Fold the puree from the blender into the dry ingredients and mix until just mixed. Don't overmix.
Put into greased muffin tins and bake at 350 for about 20 min or until done.
