General Tso's Chicken with White Rice

Ingredients
*General Tso's Seasoning Mix, 1 serving (remove) *All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 0.25 cup (remove) *Boneless Breast Chicken Tenderloin, 12 oz (remove) *White Rice, medium grain, 1 cup (remove) Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 2 tbs (remove) *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove) Granulated Sugar, .1875 cup (remove)3/4 cup of water
Directions
1. Start rice to cooking via package instructions.
2. Cut chicken into 1inch pieces and coat in flour. Heat oil in frying pan/wok. Toss coated chicken into wok and cook until light brown.
3. Mix seasoning with sugar and soy sauce and water. Add mixture to cooking chicken. Stir and let boil. Once mixture boils, reduce heat to low and let thicken.
4. Serve over rice.
