1/3 cup Liquid Egg Whites3 T. Non-Fat Plain Soy milk3 T. Fresh Strawberry Puree (unsweetened)3 T. Rolled Oats1/2 t. Baking Powder1 T. Cocoa Powder1 Packet Sweet Leaf Stevia1 t. VanillaI topped mine with some yummy protein frosting!Recipe posted separately.
Combine all ingredients in microwave safe cup or bowl (I used my 2 cup Pyrex measuring cup)
Microwave for 5 1/2 minutes. (Microwaves will vary, so start with about 4 minutes and check it!)
