No Heart burn Jumbyla

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of medium grain rice1/2 of a long sausage linka dash of salt1 tsp of black pepper1/2 a tsp of tajin seasoning1 can of back beans
Directions
Boil the rice until soft
Saute the sausage until the skin on the outside crisps
then add the sausage to the boiling rice
then add the seasonings (salt, pepper, tajin)
In a separate pan let the black beans come to a simmer, once they reach that simmer then add the beans to the boiling rice and sausage
Let everything simmer until the mixature is thicker with less water.
