Grilled Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
Green Beans (snap), 2 cup Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Asparagus, fresh, 2 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, whole Olive Oil, 1 tbsp kosher saltpepper
Directions
Wash, and cut vegetables in large chunks so they won't fall through the grate. Place all vegetables in a large bowl, add olive oil and toss to evenly coat. Heat grill to medium, and place veggies evenly on grill. Turn after 5 minutes, cook for another 3- 5 minutes. Remove from heat, salt and pepper to taste.
