1 LB steak (finely sliced)1 can Green Giant Cut Green Beans1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch2 TBSP Oyster Sauce1 tsp Crushed Garlic1 tsp Sugar1 TBSP Vegetable Oil1 Large Red Pepper (thinly sliced)227 grams (8oz) Mushrooms (sliced)2 bunches Broccoli (florets)
1. Combine cornstarch, beef broth, oyster sauce, garlic & sugar. Set aside.
2. Heat wok until very hot (400) & add TBSP of oil. Stir-fry beef for 2 minutes or until brown.
3. Add beans, red pepper, broccoli & mushrooms. Then add cornstarch sauce & stir-fry until sauce boils & thickens.
4. Serve
