Swiss Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
2 c Elbow pasta1-2c Diced raw chicken2 Tbs Butter1 can Cream Chicken Soup1 small can Evaporated Milk1 Hidden Valley Ranch Powder1.5 c Peas/Carrots3 slices Swiss cheese (for sandwiches)
Directions
Cook pasta about half way then drain.
Dice raw chicken into bite sized pieces.
Melt 2 Tbs butter in pot, add can of Crm Chx soup, ranch powder, evap milk, and peas/carrots.
Pour pasta in casserole dish, and place chicken scattered on top.
Lay Swiss cheese over chicken, then pour soup mixture over the top. Cover and bake at 350* for one hour.
