Four Bean Chili (Kidney, Navy, Cranberry, Black Beans)

Ingredients
Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey 93/7 (4 oz. serving), 4 servingOnions, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 cloves mincedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, choppedHunts 100% Natural Diced Tomatoes (5 cups)Chili powder, 2 tbsp (or to your taste)Cumin, 1 tbsp (or to your taste)Carlson-Arbogast Farm Bean Appetit' Chili Mix (24 oz bag of Dried Beans)
Directions
Sort & rinse beans. Soak beans overnight in fridge or quick soak by bringing beans to a boil in water, removing from heat and letting stand covered for 30 minutes. Drain beans. Brown ground turkey, saute onions, garlic and green pepper. Combine all ingredients and cover and simmer on low for approximately 1/2 hour.
