p2B granola bars with craisins

Ingredients
Oats, 1.5 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 3 tsp (remove)Wheat bran, crude, .5 cup (remove)**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)*Flour, white, .75 cup (remove)Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (30g), 1 serving (remove)Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 cup, hulled (remove)Salt, .75 tsp (remove)Honey, .25 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)Dates, 5 date (remove)Coconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded (remove)*Musselman’s Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, .75 cup (remove)P2B chocolate or peanut butter (4tbls)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 baking pan.

2. In large bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, splenda, wheat bran, flax, cinnamon, flour, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, craisins, dates and coconut.

3. Make a well in the centre, pour in honey, egg, apple sauce, vanilla, peanut butter. Mix Well. Pat the mixture evenly into the pan.

Bake for about 30 minutes, but watch the baking time. If you leave them too long they will be too dry. Cool for 5 minutes and then cut into bars. Do not allow the bars to cool completely or they will be too hard to cut.
