Min's Pork Chow Mein

Ingredients
12 oz. pork steak cut into 2 inch pieces6 oz. dry chow mein noodles12 oz. frozen stir fry vegetables3 tbs low sodium soy sauce2 tsp brown sugar1 tsp garlic powder3 tsp chicken soup base1/2 cop water
Directions
Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package directions and drain. In a dutch oven begin cooking the pork. When it is almost cooked through add the noodles. Cook covered for 2 minutes. Mix the soy sauce, garlic powder, water, soup base, and sugar. Pour into the dutch oven and cook until the vegetables are to taste. Mix with the noodles and serve.
