Salmon Patties

Ingredients
For 2 patties - nutritional information is added for 11 14 ounce can pink or red salmon1/3 cup Egg Beaters or other egg substitute14 saltine crackers, crushed
Directions
Drain liquid from salmon and add fish to mixing bowl. Mix in egg substite thoroughly with fork, then add crushed crackers. Form into 2 patties. Fry patty for 7 minutes on each side on medium heat in a non-stick pan coated with cooking spray.

Serving Size: makes 8 ounce patty
