1 whole-wheat tortilla2 Tbsp hummus2 medium mushrooms, sliced1/2 roma tomato4 strips bell peppertwo romaine leavesa few slices of zucchini2 tsp shredded cheesePepper to taste
Directions
1) Spread hummus on tortilla
2) Layer on veges
3) Sprinkle pepper/other spices to taste
4) Wrap and enjoy
