Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef3/4 cup white rice, steamed in 1/4 cup water1/2 t salt1/2 cup diced onion1 6 oz, can tomato paste18 oz. water1 tsp oregano1/2 red bell pepper, diced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown ground beef, drain off any fat. While browning meat, steam rice. Add diced onion, salt and diced red pepper, sauté until onions are translucent. Add can of tomato paste, oregano, and 3 cans water. Add rice to meat mixture, place in casserole. Bake, covered, at 350°, for 1 hour.
