Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Turkey or Chicken3 Egg Whites1 Cup Dry Oats, slightly ground1 Cup Celery, small dice2 Onions, small dice1 tsp salt2 tsp Mustard, dry yellow powder1/2 tsp Thyme1/2 tsp Cumin, ground1/2 tsp Chili Powder1/2 tsp Pepper, ground1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Scoop into greased muffin tins.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375
