White Bean & Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 T olive oil2 T red wine vinegar1/2 tsp tarragon1 T fresh parsley1/2 tsp sugar, ground mustard and thyme1/4 tsp oregano & garlic salt2 Cups frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and cooled1 can white beans, drained and rinsed1 can tuna1/4 cup shredded carrot
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients together in a jar and shake well.

Combine salad ingredients and toss with dressing. Chill until ready to eat.
