Ingredients
1 ripe banana1 cup fresh or frozen berries (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries - whatever you want)1/2 cup fat freemilk1/4 cupfat free plain yogurt1/2 cupof ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pout into tall glass and serve. There is enough for two servings.
