Crockpot Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients
1 cup dry steel cut oats3.5 cups water1 cup milk1/2 cup brown sugarDash of SaltCinnamon and Nutmeg to taste
Directions
Spray slow-cooker with non-stick spray.
Chop apples into small pieces, after peeling if desired.
Place all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low overnight, approximately 8 hours.
