Giant Focaccia Sandwich

Ingredients
5 1/2 C. Whole Wheat Flour1 C. Quick-Cooking Oats2 (.25 oz.) Pkg. Active Dry Yeast2 tsp. Salt2 Tbsp. Flax Seed Meal2 Tbsp. Wheat Germ2 1/4 C. Water1/2 C. Blackstrap Molasses1/2 Tbsp. Smart Balance Light1/2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Applesauce1/4 C. Egg Substitute1 Tbsp. Dried Minced Onion1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds1 tsp. Garlic SaltSANDWICH FILLING:6 Tbsp. Fat Free Mayonnaise2 Tbsp. Prepared Mustard6 Leaves Red Leaf Lettuce3/4 lb. LightLife Smart Deli Baked Ham Style6 Thin Slices 2% Swiss or Cheddar Cheese4 Slices Red Onion, Separated into Rings1 Med. Green Pepper, Sliced2 Med. Tomatoes, Thinly Sliced
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, yeast, salt, flax seed meal, & wheat germ. In a saucepan, heat water, molasses, Smart Balance, & applesauce to 120-130 degrees F. Add to dry ingredients; beat just until moistened. Place in a greased bowl; turn once to grease top. Cover & let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 min.
2. Press dough onto a greased 14-in. pizza pan. Cover & let rise until doubled, about 30 min. Brush with egg. Sprinkle with onion, sesame seeds & garlic salt. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 min. or until golden brown. Remove to a wire rack to cool. Split the focaccia in half horizontally; spread mayonnaise and mustard on cut sides. On bottom half, layer lettuce, ham, cheese, onion, green pepper & tomatoes. Replace top half. Chill until serving. Cut into wedges.
