Salmon with mandarin oranges

Ingredients
Salmon fillet, molasses, sugar, 1 can mandarin oranges in lite juice, salt and pepper to taste, soy sauce and garlic
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together the molasses, sugar, soy sauce and garlic in a bowl. Put salmon in a baking dish then pour on sauce. Drain the can of mandarin oranges then put them on top of salmon. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with a vegetable.

Serving Size: one 1lb salmon makes two 8 oz servings or four 4 oz servings
