Joes Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Pasta, cooked, 8 oz2 diced tomatoes1 cucumber, peeled and diced1 diced green pepperDressing:1.5 cups sugar or Splenda1 c. applecider vinegar1 tsp. dried parsley1 tsp. salt1.5 tsp pepper.5 tsp meat tenderizer.5 tsp. seasoned salt.5 c. Balsmic Vinegar1 tsp garlic salt1/4 c. olive oli1/2 c. canola oil
Directions
Cook and drain med to large sea shell macaroni. Make the dressing, and add to the vegetables and macaroni. Let set overnight. Serve cold.
