Crabmeat Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. imitation crabmeat7 slices bread, cut into 1" strips1/2 c. diced onions1/2 c. diced green pepper1/2 c. diced celery1/2 c. cheddar cheese1/4 tsp. salt, dash of pepper4 eggs1 can cream of mushroom soup1 c. milk1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Line greased 9x13 dish with half the bread. In bowl mix crabmeat, onion, green pepper, celery and 1/2 c. cheese. Spoon over the bread. Add rest of bread to form another layer. Mix salt and pepper with eggs and half the milk and pour over the bread. Mix soup with other half of milk and pour over. Bake 45 min. at 350*. Top with 1 c. cheddar cheese and cook until melted.
