Okra & Tomato Curry with Shrooms!

Ingredients
Okra, 12 cup slicesRed Ripe Tomatoes, 12 plum tomatoMushrooms, fresh, 4 cup, pieces or slicesOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 4 clove*garam marsala, 9 tspRed Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 8 Tbspn
Directions
Chop tomatoes, put in heavy bottomed large pot on medium heat, roughly chop okra, add to the pot. Same with mushrooms and onion. Finely dice garlic, add to pot. Use sufficient water to just barely cover the veggies, turn it down to simmer, and walk away. Stir every so often.
